Small Group Metabolic Strength and Fitness

Our small group fitness classes are a unique mix of strength training, bodyweight exercises, light plyometrics, and conditioning to maximize building lean muscle and losing fat while keeping you safe and healthy.
Youth Performance Program
Our youth performance program is designed to safely teach the basics of strength training while focusing on developing speed agility and coordination. Our program gives your kids all the tools they need to dominate on the field and in all aspects of their life.
1 on 1 Personal Training is our most personalized option. With this option you will have the full attention of a coach for a full hour every time you train. This level of attention guarantees you will get the most out of every session, and don’t waste any time on route to your goals. Regardless of what roadblocks you might run into, your coach will be there to guide you through every part of the journey to ensure you get the results you are looking for.
All Access Remote Coaching
Can’t make it to flight in person but still want to get expert coaching and programming? Flight offers online coaching for dedicated individuals looking to improve their performance in sports performance, powerlifting, and weightlifting.
Nutrition Foundations Course
The goal of this course is to get our members the basic nutrition knowledge needed to really maximize their results and get healthier habits around food.
- Three 20min long videos mapping out the fundamentals of nutrition, including habit forming, goal setting, calorie intake, macronutrient breakdown, workout nutrition, and practical strategies for navigating road blocks.
- Three 30min nutrition strategy sessions to get you started and actually implementing a nutrition plan that you feel confident about!
