We have a true passion to help people get stronger both physically and mentally. It is our aim to have every client that walks through our door fall in love with training and the process of bettering themselves because we know that the lessons you learn in the gym will carry over into every facet of your life.
Dylan Gutheil
CSCS PN1
Dylan grew up in Brookline, Massachusetts. Passionate about sports since childhood, Dylan played football and rugby in high school and continued his rugby career at Springfield College, where he earned a degree in Exercise Science. After college, he dedicated himself to the field of strength and conditioning. Since he retired from rugby, he has competed in powerlifting locally and at the national level. Dylan started personal training right out of college for 5 years until he got frustrated with the corporate training environment and decided there was a better way to deliver coaching that could have a bigger impact on more people’s lives. In 2016 his former college classmate and rugby co-captain, Jared and him decided to open Flight Performance and Fitness. Dylan has over ten years of coaching experience along with extensive expertise in the science of human movement, exercise physiology, sports nutrition, and biomechanics. Dylan’s main drive is to build flight to the best possible training facility it can be so it can help more people reach their personal goals and potential.
Jared Collinson
CSCS
Jared was born and raised in Sandwich, Massachusetts and gives credit to a young passion of fitness to advancing his career in sports and submerging him into the field of strength & conditioning. Jared had a long career in rugby where he won two national championships, played in many international competitions, and played professionally in Major League Rugby. Jared worked as the head strength and conditioning coach for the New England Free jacks of Major League Rugby in their first 3 seasons along with opening Flight Performance and Fitness with Dylan in 2016.
Magnus (Mag) Leonard
Magnus Leonard (Mag) hails from Marshfield, Massachusetts, where his early years were filled with playing lacrosse, basketball, and football. These sports ignited his passion for strength and conditioning, laying the foundation for his future career. Magnus began his academic journey at Franklin Pierce University, where he discovered his love for coaching. This newfound passion led him to transfer to Lasell University to major in Exercise Science. At Lasell, Magnus excelled both academically and athletically. As a dedicated member of the lacrosse team, he earned All-Conference honors for four years and was named Defensive Player of the Year twice. In addition to his collegiate achievements, Magnus spent his summers coaching club lacrosse, mentoring young athletes from elementary through high school. Now, Magnus is thrilled to bring his expertise and enthusiasm to our community. He is dedicated to building lasting relationships with clients and helping them achieve their fitness goals.
Dan Stone
NSCA CSCS
Dan grew up in Potsdam, NY. A sports lover from the youngest age, he found passion in athletics of various kinds. Through high school he played soccer, basketball, golf, and was a sprinter and thrower in track and field. Spending his first three years of undergrad at Stonehill college, he ran on the track team as a short distance sprinter, and picked up rugby in the fall of his sophomore year. After his junior year, he transferred to the University of Notre Dame, where he put his focus into playing rugby at the highest level. After obtaining a degree in Environmental Engineering, he decided to pursue his passions in rugby and performance in Colorado, where he played for the Vail Men’s club, Denver Barbarians, and professionally for the Colorado XOs in 2021. Dan specializes in athletic development, and high performance habit building. Outside of Flight, Dan has also been an assistant coach for the Harvard Men's Rugby team for the last two years. Dan is passionate and committed to helping you achieve life changing goals through knowledgeable and experienced coaching, programming, and holistic support.
Bryce
Bryce grew up in Greenwich, NY. Where he started his fitness journey playing football, basketball, and lacrosse from a young age. Battling with injuries, Bryce pursued a degree in kinesiology while continuing his collegiate lacrosse career at New England College. Finding himself wanting more, this led him transferring to Lasell University switching to a degree in exercise science. While in college, Bryce Coached men’s lacrosse at his high school Alma mater as well as running summer lacrosse programs from ages 10-20. With Bryce’s unique background, he’s prepared to help you with your fitness, recovery, and nutrition goals.
Maria
Maria grew up in Richmond, Virginia. She played basketball through high school and continued playing all four years during college. She holds a Master of Exercise Science & Wellness and has been coaching since 2015 with over eight years of experience. Maria interned and coached at various gyms before joining Flight Performance and Fitness. She is very passionate about helping you achieve your goals and being a better individual overall.
Everett
Everett was born and raised in Pendleton, OR. Growing up, he played several sports including football, soccer, basketball, baseball, and track and field. While in High School, Everett found a love for the weight room, as he recognized strength and conditioning as a tool to elevate his level of play. After High School, Everett attended Eastern Oregon University. While at EOU, Everett played for the football team, starting for four years on the offensive line. After graduating from EOU in 2023 with a degree in Health and Human Performance, Everett moved from Oregon to Massachusetts to live with his Fiance and pursue a career in Strength and Conditioning. Everett is passionate about helping clients reach their full potential, as well as contributing to a strong and healthy community.
Mody
Mody studied Exercise Science at the University of New Hampshire and began his journey at Flight Performance and Fitness through the intern program. Mody also leads the Flight Performance Youth Program, and works with young athletes to develop strength, improve their sport performance, and help develop skills that apply on and off the field . He is passionate about creating a training environment that is both challenging and fun, because athletes perform, learn, and grow best when they enjoy the process and feel comfortable with the coaches around them. Mody’s coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone should have access to the tools that gave him confidence and brought him joy. Strength and conditioning creates a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment, and Mody works to contribute to his clients’ success by collaborating with them, guiding their progress, and learning alongside them throughout their journey .
Brooke
PN1
Brooke grew up in Weston, Massachusetts and played basketball through college at Clark University. While preparing for collegiate athletics, she developed a passion for strength training and the weight room as a tool for performance and longevity. After college, Brooke expanded her athletic background through martial arts, including Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She began coaching fitness classes in 2019 and now specializes in personal training and individualized programming. Brooke is passionate about building relationships, supporting her clients’ goals, and contributing to a strong local gym community.
