Great place, good space with lots of clean equipment to use. The real highlight are the Coaches, both in a 1 on 1 setting and small group setting, always helpful and energetic and get to know you on a personal level. Can't recommend them enough for their services and space.

I've loved every encounter I've had so far, everyone is so welcoming and warm. Each trainer personalizes your work out to you, you're not stuck doing the same thing every day which makes it exciting. I've been a member of Flight for several years and I love it. The staff is very approachable and will create a program tailored to your unique needs and goals. They'll proactively correct your form and help out whenever you need it. It doesn't matter if you're (literally) a professional athlete or an average joe, everyone is made to feel welcome, encouraged, and motivated. Between the sense of community and expertise of the staff, I couldn't recommend this locally owned business more.
