Each trainer personalizes your work out to you, you're not stuck doing the same thing every day which makes it exciting. Strongly recommend Flight if you're looking for a great gym, great workouts, great people, and knowledgeable trainers.

Skip PaulOctober 5, 2022I've been a member of Flight for several years and I love it. The staff is very approachable and will create a program tailored to your unique needs and goals. They'll proactively correct your form and help out whenever you need it. It doesn't matter if you're (literally) a professional athlete or an average joe, everyone is made to feel welcome, encouraged, and motivated. Between the sense of community and expertise of the staff, I couldn't recommend this locally owned business more.
